Ceremonial Cacao and Yoga Nidra

Come and enjoy a delicious, warming Ceremonial Cacao and relax with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.

Cacao - raw chocolate is deeply healing, heart opening and nourishing. Each month Cacao is served with a seasonal twist of flavours and spices, using Ceremonial Grade Single Origin Cacao, as the cacao spirit works with you, enjoy a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra Session (A relaxing meditation based practice) wrapped in blankets - provided by Yoga Carly. Spend time in good company and learn to relax and reset in The Zen Zone, Roydon.

The last Wednesday of each month. 7:30pm - 9:00pm £30 per person. Only 4 spaces per month

Come and enjoy a delicious, warming Ceremonial Cacao and , create a beautiful prayer offering from natural foliage, flowers, seeds and plants.

Cacao - raw chocolate is deeply healing, heart opening and nourishing. Each month Cacao is served with a seasonal twist of flavours and spices, using Ceremonial Grade Single Origin Cacao.

Work in a small group to create your Despacho, a physical prayer of intent, love and good wishes offered to the creator and star nations. Spend time in good company and share deeply in The Zen Zone, Roydon.

The second Tuesday of each month. 7:30pm - 9:00pm £30 per person. Only 6 spaces per month

Healing Drum Share

Join us for a high energy Healing Drum Share. The power of drumming, the vibrations of the drum, the healing intention all come together in a fusion of ancient tribal sound and group healing. Give and receive drum healing and travel with the drum on a shamanic journey. A selection of drums and rattles is provided.

The last Friday of each month in the Studio of The Active Dacorum Hub at Cupid Green, Hemel Hempstead 6:30 - 8:30pm the last Friday of each month £15 per person
