Mary has been lovingly working on providing Reiki healing through her beautiful pillows since the early 2000's. I've personally had one for seven years, it currently resides in Healing Room, but is always tucked in bed with me if I feel under the weather. Many of my family now have one of their own too.
I'm delighted to be a co-creator with Mary, creating pillowcases to protect and be decorative for the pillows, which can also be purchased from me.

I regularly use a beautiful Straw Bale Dance Studio, carefully hidden amongst the trees in Epping Green, Near Hertford for workshops, Drum Shares and development days. Fabrizia runs many other workshops and the space is also available for rent.
